Return Policy
JCorrine aims to bring to our customers the best shopping experience, and we support that with our return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase from us, just contact us within 14 days by simply following the 3 steps below and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
1. Contact our Customer Service at jcorrinemarketing@gmail.com to get a Return Authorization Code (RAC)
2. Follow our return instructions, and return the package with the original packing.
3. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
Once we receive the returned package, we will resend the exchanged item within 2 business days or refund merchandise value to your PayPal account in 3 business days. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).

We will ship out all items within 2 business days after receiving payment and a tracking number will be given to you after dispatch.
Please note: "Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Import Tax / Duty
All international packages may subject to extra tax/duty by the local customs if the value of the package is higher than the tax-free exemption amount. Buyers should check with their local customs for the amount of tax-free exemption and details.
Please note that buyers are fully responsible for the import tax/duty if there is any charged by local custom.
