Return Policy
JCorrine aims to bring to our customers the best shopping experience, and we support that with our return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase from us, just contact us within 14 days by simply following the 3 steps below and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
1. Contact our Customer Service at jcorrinemarketing@gmail.com to get a Return Authorization Code (RAC)
2. Follow our return instructions, and return the package with the original packing.
3. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
Once we receive the returned package, we will resend the exchanged item within 2 business days or refund merchandise value to your PayPal account in 3 business days. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
